Delivery Mode: Under the signature of the adult who at the time of delivery is in the destination address
Proof of the delivery: The valid certification as a judicial proof may be requested in any of the 4-72 offices, through the website or through the call center once the offered delivery time is over.

Delivery attempts: Two

[1] If the delivery is made in remote locations it will be done in our offices and agencies. In hamlet areas of the country it is done through the mail list.

[2] If the shipment is done in a mail list it will remain in it for 30 days, after this period of time it is returned to the addresser.
